Please use this page to submit support requests to The Pixel Farm. Please provide a full and frank overview of the issue with which you require assistance, and include any support materials that you think may help explain your problem, such as source footage, screen grabs, project files, etc. Please be assured that all material sent will be treated with the strictest confidence.
IMPORTANT: Please provide a valid PFHostId from the machine to which the software is licensed, as this is used to validate your support status. This could include licenses that are held on a license server. The PFHostId can be obtained from your license file. If you are unsure how to do this, please ask your friendly system administrator.
After submitting a support request, you will receive an auto-generated email acknowledgment with a corresponding tracking number.
Please provide any files that you feel will be helpful in assisting the support personnel. Please include any files that relate to this issue (e.g., footage, screenshots, etc.) and compress them into a single archive (either .zip or .tar.gz)
It is important when putting files on the server, to name your file/archive the same as the details entered above, so that we are able to retrieve and route your file in a timely manner.
